Shipping Policy

TAFFSPEED WEBSITE - RETURN POLICY 
Please contact us directly if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchases, We offer a full exchange or a full refund if the goods are returned to us within the agreed time frame, all items must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition.


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a right to cancel an online order for goods starting the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day your goods are delivered to you, Once you’ve confirmed that you would like to cancel your order, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to the online retailer, it is your responsibility to return the goods if they are already with you. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Example if the goods have been fitted to a vehicle or if they are returned in a visable used condition.

TAFFSPEED SHOP - RETURN POLICY 
If a customer purchases goods instore and changes his mind we only charge a Admin Restocking Fee of 10% if the goods are returned back to us in the original packaging and in an unused condition.


TAFFSPEED EBAY - RETURN POLICY 
All customer who have purchased goods from Taffspeed via the online platform EBAY have the right to cancel an order if the goods have arrived damaged, the buyer must open a return request with ebay and the buyer must pay to return the goods back to Taffspeed within 14 days. All items returned in there original packaging and in an unused condition will be refunded in full, Please always obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage when returning items.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Our shipping prices are for UK main land only, Please contact us directly for rest of the world.

All our parts that are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked and scanned upon delivery. 

Only orders placed the night before can be guaranteed to be packed and go out for delivery the following day BUT we always try our best to get all order out ASAP.

All parcels weighing over 2 kilos will be sent via a Parcel Force 24  Courier Service.

WEBSITE RETURNS
Many thanks for your custom. We understand that sometimes, items do not arrive as expected and we strive to do everything to make the returns process easy for you. Please could we ask that you inspect the goods when you receive them for any defects or damage and that it is the correct item that was ordered. Should there be any concerns please email us on taffspeedscooterparts@gmail.com with your name and order number to notify us on your pending exchange/return.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Fill in and complete the Returns form, specifying your reason for return. Any goods received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is received, Failure to provide the completed paperwork within the time frames, will lose your right to return.
Pack the items into the original packaging and make sure that the completed returns form is inside prior to closing up in a suitable strong box/package to return back. The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure all items are properly packaged to avoid transit damages.
We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd class postage. We reserve the right to refund the normal 1st and 2nd class postage. Special deliveries and postage over the above threshold cost will not be refunded and will be at the customers cost. We also recommend getting return proof of postage.
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged, but we are happy to re-ship such items back to you.


EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the item and will be processed as soon as possible.
Please note this may take longer, if we are having to order products in especially.
Should there be a price variant, we will need to receive payment of the difference prior to the exchange being processed. We are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original parcel is returned and received back to the warehouse. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.


FAULTY / BROKEN ITEMS 
Faulty/Broken items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
If goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will either repair or replace the item at the management’s decision.
The original invoice & completed returns form must be included in the returns package.
The item must be in the original unused condition. Original packaging must be included – even if opened.
